Persephone Minerals’ Carlina Mystical highlighter

This works very well as a highlighter for me - it's a neutral shade, its shimmer is not a green or blue, and the base color isn't white (sometimes using white to brighten an area works, sometimes…not quite so much.) Reminds me a bit of BE's Clear Radiance, but a bit less sheer.
