Polish Me Silly’s Dragon Glow

Deep green base that still isn’t totally opaque after three coats, topped with warm-toned shimmershifts that range from magenta and pink to purple and red. Most of these Glow Pop polishes really need three coats for maximum effectiveness; but even with three coats, this polish base is still not totally opaque.
