Polish Me Silly’s Mesmerizing

The multichrome effects in this one are a little less obvious than some of the other PMS multichromes. It’s a lovely deep violet-blue that occasionally flashes a metallic violet. The formula was a little bubbly, though - I haven’t noticed that tendency in too many of Polish Me Silly’s items.
