Revlon’s Dramatic Definition Waterproof Mascara

This was another in Revlon’s revamped line of mascaras. I’ve tried four of them, and the consensus is…they’re dreadful. The mascaras are a bit watery, they transfer like nobody’s business, and their waterproof properties are not as good as other mascaras - not even previous Revlon waterproof mascaras.

This one does not clump. There’s that in its favor. I also do like the tubes, which are ovals rather than cylinders. They will not roll off your counter and make a getaway. But a non-rolling tube and lack of clumping is not enough to make me recommend a waterproof mascara that’s less waterproof than most others out there.
