Saturday Soundtrack: Monarch (Delerium feat. Nadina)

I've been re-listening to a few albums by Vancouver-based Delerium, deciding to buy two of the albums I'd previously bypassed...and I caught this release of their latest video. Delerium started as a side-project of two musicians from Front Line Assembly, and their "signature" is club mixes and remixes featuring female vocalists, though they did release an all-acoustic-versions album in 2010. They've sampled Lisa Gerrard and Sarah McLachlan and Mediaeval Babes, collaborated with Jael and Leigh Nash and Sultana. Their earlier albums have a different tone, so depending on your personal preferences you may gravivate toward their earlier works and not be too fond of this particular video (or anything from...oh, about 1997 onward. (Fair warning.)

Right now Delerium is offering a free download on their site for anyone who signs up for their mailing list. (Dead Can Dance and Lisa Gerrard both did this with their most recent albums.) But meanwhile...here's this.
