Shiro Cosmetics’ Crockpot Cold Water

A nice color that could make a good liner. Just beware of the finish’s tendency to be a little bit patchy, and either layer it, or compensate in some other fashion. This shadow was just slightly hydrophobic, so perhaps using a mixing medium other than water, and/or a slower dry application technique, can give you better results. Blending is a little finicky, as most of the blue is pulled away if you blend either too far out, or into too light an adjacent shade.
