The blue is not as dark as it looks in the pot! Where Shiro's Colonel is a navy with a more scattered gold shimmer layer, this base color is closer to lapis, and the gold shimmer is thicker. Makes an astounding eyeliner - like with Femme Fatale's Spirit Bond, the gold is amazingly highlighted when I apply this wet as a liner or an accent shade.
