Shiro Cosmetics’ Every Blanket in the House

Not really a shimmer finish…unless you compare this to the other Cozy and Bright colors. Then, yeah, it just edges over into “shimmer” finish. As a highlighter, it’s very very subtle. I’ve used it as a subtle inner-vee highlighter, but it should be mentioned that I tend to prefer EXTRENELY subtle eye-highlighters.
