This isn’t quite a metallic grey…but it’s very close. It’s not a bright silver, but just slightly dulled. (Maybe even verging on taupe-toned…?) I like this better as an accent color or an all-over shade than as a highlighter, because it’s not super-bright and not as reflective as a full-on metallic color would be. I’ve tried using it as a liner, and I didn’t love the results - it wasn’t the medium-charcoal that I’ve used to line before, there wasn’t the vivid contrast of a white or pure bright silver. Instead of outlining and defining my eyes, even subtly, it gave them a “ringed-with-fatigue” look. Definitely not the right shade for me to use as a liner!! I don’t know if it’s this color that just won’t work well as a liner, or if it’s the combination with my skintone and eye color; but it definitely works best on my lids as an accent shade.
