Like the Cozy and Bright collection, these are marketed as highlighters and eyeshadows. The colors themselves are kind of odd for highlighters, but all of them have an iridescent or interference layer that helps them function better as highlighters.

This collection will be available "through the first month of summer" - so this will have overlap with the winter-highlights collection "Cozy and Bright". I don't know if Shiro plans to release a "late summer/autumn" highlighter collection, but if they do, I'll bet that they'll be some interesting colors.
