Stila’s Luxe Eyeshadow Palette

I picked this up when I was at IMATS LA. The colors looked very pretty, a combination of neutrals and my much-loved jeweltones; and it included a smudge stick eyeliner in a color I hadn’t ever seen before (the smudge stick eyeliner was the real reason for getting this palette - I’m a loose-powder kind of gal. Generally, the only palettes I’m willing to buy are Sleek’s i-Divines.) I paid $22 for this palette, yay for show discounts! The colors attracted me, particularly the maroon and the rich deep blue.

I only found out later, by reading the packaging, that the kit included six cream-to-powder eyeshadows. That worries me just a little, because what’s the lifespan? Then again…pretty colors, not seasonally limited shades, and show discount. And the smudge stick eyeliner. So if I look at things that way, I got the smudge stick eyeliner and paid $2 for the rest of it all. I can cope with that.
