Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Crayon in Dazzle

Attractive enough in pencil form…but it applies a bit thin. It is't uneven (thank goodness - many glitter-liners seem to have that problem, and this one doesn't!) but I do wish that the black was a bit more opaque. It would give more definition, and it would provide a better background for the sparkle.

Dazzle is exclusive to Sephora.
