Stila’s Waterproof Smudge Stick in Peacock

Not quite the darker near-navy blue of liner pencils like UD's LSD, but deeper and richer than Summer Cruisin' or Electric Blue. Great for blue or brown eyes, not so sure how well this would work with green or hazel eyes - unless you've got blue-green, or it's more of a saturated green than a greyed or muted green. This one doesn't smudge quite as well as some of the other shades in the Smudge Stick line - I don't know if that's because I have an older stick and the product has firmed up, or just because of the formula of this particular shade, or if I was just having an off day…but I didn't get a nice, even smudging effect. I had to dot on more product to get an even base for smudging the color out. When I did get it successfully smudged, though, it looked very nice.
