Sugarpill’s Magpie

The color softens ever-so-slightly when applied. Not much - it doesn't sheer out or become a medium blue. It just doesn't have quite as much intensity as it looks like it would have in the pot. (This is easily recovered by applying it over a dark cream or gel base, or by applying it over glitter glue or similar cosmetic adhesives.)
