These colors are part of Heather’s “regular” line - they’ll only be unavailable if she’s between batches at the moment. These colors’ finish varies from pearl to frost to sheen to light shimmer - good midrange shimmer, no matte colors, no duochromes, but you don’t necessarily have to wear these colors with sealant to not get “fallout” on your cheeks. The shiny finishes can be minimized by buffing, or by applying a light layer of Cashmere Kisses over the shadows. I like these colors because there are some richer hues than among the Velvets, there are a wide variety of bases, and they look equally good for evening, daytime wear, fantasy looks, or softer combinations. I own just under half of these colors - the other half either wouldn’t work with my coloring, didn’t appeal to me, or looked too close to something that was already in my collection.
