Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Empire

One of the shades that was newly added to the regular lineup. Empire was previously released in the Smoked kit. The color doesn't seem to be totally opaque on one pass, but going over your lash line a second time will take care of that. This is described as a matte, on Urban Decay's site; but I see very faint shimmer when this is applied.

This color is cooler, and not as “smoked” as the other pencils that were in the Smoked kit. It does lean cool, though, and the microshimmer looks blue; so people with very warm skintones might not find this the easiest color to wear.
