Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Ether

Not my favorite liner…but not my least favorite, either. The glitter application is a bit on the spottier side, in that it isn't a solid coat of glitter topcoat. But with the underlying blackening being even (even if it's ‘evenly semi-opaque') you get softer definition and the glitter highlights. It's enough glitter to be glammed up, but not enough to look like a circus performer.
