Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in LSD

This pencil was originally released with the first Ocho Loco kit. It's a deep blue with no blackening - just color. I wish this applied a little more smoothly, but it gives better coverage than many other UD pencils. This deeper shade of blue works better for my coloring than the brighter “electric” blue, and gives me more definition. The color and the sparkle stays in place for the day, once it sets.
