Victorian Disco’s The Fett

Part of the first version of the Galaxy Far, Far Down the Street collection, but discontinued once Victorian Disco re-launched. The wet application is more attractive and definitely provides better coverage, unless I use a still-slightly-damp cream base. The dry application doesn't seem to stay in place too well, either. I noticed a bit of fading as the day went along, even with foiled application.
