Zoya’s Mateo

This blue polish falls right in between Sally Hansen’s Pacific Blue (the original version) and Royal Hue. It’s a little less intense than Pacific Blue, and a bit less purple than Royal Hue.

It has the standard Zoya creme formula, with all that implies. It self-levels quite well, and I get full even coverage in two coats.
