Zoya’s Tommy

A greyed light blue that’s not quite “slate”, but is still definitely muted with grey tones. I have other light blue polishes - with and without some kind of duotone shimmer or interference shift - but no muted light blues. Sea Spray from China Glaze is a lighter blue base, and Denim Patch from CND is a deeper blue color. Color Club’s Feeling Under The Weather, from their Calm Before the Storm, is a very close match.

Tommy applies smoothly and self-levels very well. I almost got full and even coverage with just one coat, but the second coat really did increase the color intensity.
