A pale blue that isn’t pastel! It’s not quite bright enough to be robin’s egg blue, which is a light cyan…but it’s quite close. The formula is just a little problematic - it may be the batch that I got rather than the color as...
This is a pretty good quad for people who prefer softer, lighter, “natural” looks. The deepest shade, Voluspa, looks lighter in direct light, and is a bit thinner. Skadi, the pale yellow, is a bit streaky when foiled. Jord and Norn both apply cleanly and smoothly, with good color payoff...
Two purples, two roses, one blue, and a effects coat-ish. I grabbed the blue, one of the purples, and the effects polish. Darby and Trudith are straightforward enough: two coats and you’re done. Leisel can be worn on its own and does have a bit of a tint. I...
I thought this would be a slightly deeper red, maybe with some brown tones. It’s a deep cool pink…or a medium deep raspberry, whichever way you want to look at it. Like many of the mattes from Notoriously Morbid, it applies a little lighter than it appears in...

A light, near-neutral pearlesque highlighter. It looked like it might lean very slightly pink in the pan, but applied it’s a light sand-tan with white reflects. When applied heavily the base shade is a bit more visible - it’s just a faint bit deeper than my skintone. Brushed...
When the My Perch Or Yours kit came out, I was most interested in getting this color. I had high hopes that this would become part of the regular line! (Sadly, that does not appear to be the case. Not only has this kit been discontinued, the entire Lite Stix...
I was really hoping to find a good vampy red lip liner…but all I can seem to find is a medium red. It’s a nice enough shade with excellent coverage. It’s just a little brighter than I wanted or expected from a name like “Brick Red.”
In the past few years, I’ve been looking for a foundation brush. When I switched from loose-powder indie foundations to by Korean BB cream, I initially just used my fingers. I wasn’t sure what I wanted in a foundation brush, but I knew that my powder foundation brushes...
