This one isn’t as metallic as the other Color Chromes…but I’m okay with that. The color payoff is great! It blends decently, though it does stain if you apply it without some kind of base.

I thought this would be a little cooler than it turned out to be. It looks cool in some lights, warm in others. It’s a shade just barely within my personal comfort zone, and the coverage is about on par with the other Lux Lipsticks.
I can almost see using this over some of the Bite Beauty multisticks, to add a little bit of shimmer and to slightly alter the base color.
I prefer using this shade as either a backdrop for arabesque nail art, or as a stamping color. The formula is good, it self-levels nicely and is pretty durable.

Initially I dismissed this color out of hand. It looked like a yellow-green, which generally does not look great on me.
This color looks slightly pinkish when I apply it dry, but applying it wet makes the gold interference layer take center stage. For me, this is a very nice near-neutral highlight around my eyes, or an all-over color to balance out a deeper matte shade.
This color was introduced in November 2017. I like this shade, but I do wish that it had been more purple…you know, actually “mauve.” (They probably chose not to do that, to make the color more widely appealing. But damn, I could really wear the heck out of a reddish-brown...
