Almost a matte version of Frill, from the 2015 Fauncy collection. I like this color a bit better than I expected to! It looks good with my eyes, and gives the lid some definition and brightening without being as visible as white liner.
Not exactly clear, but…rather close. It whitens/lightens my lip color a little bit, and it gives a gloss finish, but other than that, it provides very little in the way of coloring or even a tint.
