Rich brown with slight purple tones. This one isn't as dark as Magnifique (from a BE kit a few years back) but it's dark enough that it makes a decent liner shade. It won't overwhelm other colors, though - the shade softens a bit from its appearance in the pot.
Softer base shade with a duotone finish that almost overwhelms the base color. The base pink-mauve is attractive enough, but you'll mostly see the pearl and the blue flash. It makes it a little less easy to find ways to use this color effectively.

I love the color of this! I like the shade, it looks good on me. But…you know what stinks? The color doesn't last. It doesn't really stain. And it does fade away after about an hour or less. For a product that was so highly lauded, I expected better...
