I love PMS’s holographic polish lineup because it includes base colors that aren’t often seen, and base colors that have just never been seen in holograph polishes...

Softer but not pale, near-neutral green. This is close enough to “neutral” that it might even work on people with warm skintones. It applies smoothly either dry or wet, and doesn’t have a lot of fallout or flaking.

This would be utterly fantastic…if it applied evenly. As you can see, it doesn’t lay down a smooth layer of color. I can get more color to stick if I apply a second coat after about 30-60 seconds; but its performance is still a bit disappointing.
