The second June COTM from Shiro. Both Blep and Mlem are fairly standard shades that have close cousins in just about any eyeshadow lineup, but these both have Shiro’s typical smooth application and solid color payoff. When I applied it without any mixing medium, the shadow wanted to look a bit cakey. It was honestly difficult to get a smoother metallic-looking finish with dry application.
One of the two warmer colors in the Vintage Pharmacy collection…and the stronger performer of the two. The finish is mostly matte, though there’s a little bit of what looks like it could be light-ish shimmer. The application was decent, though deeper skintones will possibly want to wear a light-colored base if you want to preserve this shade’s intensity.
