A mid-weight yellow-gold with a good amount of shimmer. It can go on a bit thin, so you'll want to modify your application technique - stipple rather than sweep, even if you're foiling this or applying it with some mixing medium. If you want a layer of scattered medium-yellow sparkle, you can apply this using a fiber-optic brush. I'd imagine that this would look interesting over still-damp cream shadows, especially the darker colors.
