Originally this sampler was set to debut back in spring, but for some reason they held it back for six months. I already owned one of the colors (Confidence), and hadn’t tried Savvy so was interested in a mini size of that. I wasn’t too sure about the other colors, but thought I’d give them a try.

This collection contained:

• Confidence — red-rose creme
• Oomph — sheer pink sheen
• Sass — sheer nude shimmer
• Savvy — soft-rosy tan creme

I didn't read about these too closely before I bought the collection, otherwise I would have passed it right on by: while Confidence and Savvy are the full-coverage colors we've come to expect, Sass and Oomph are glosses. Sheer glosses. So light colored, and sheer to boot!! Most definitely not something I'm interested in. Another 'gloss' was released this season, Perky - it has a touch more color payoff, but it's still a semisheer color. I'll have to watch the Pretty Amazing tubes carefully from now on, to make sure that I get the Lip Colors and not the Lip Glosses.
