CND’s Vinylux Naked Naiveté (195)

The color is nice, a softer pink that leans just barely toward the beige end…but the formula! It’s so disappointing. The first manicure I did with this polish, I thought: well, maybe my nails just need some TLC. So I buffed and polished my nails, wiped them with polish remover, and tried again. Nope, still uneven. Less so, but…still uneven. Okay, maybe I made the first coat too thick, or didn’t wait long enough. So the next day I tried again. And still it was uneven. (Even less so, but…it didn’t look nice. I have 4-year-old bottles of nail polish that have better spreadability.) I don’t know if I got a bum bottle, or what. But…dang.

Photos that show how the product actually performs...! See how I create my swatches
