Kiko Cosmetics’ Long Lasting Stick Shadow in Midnight Blue (17)

I have several liners named “Midnight Blue” (I’d guess that many people do, unless they hate the shade!) This is a metallic finish, and even through it seems to swatch a bit uneven, when applied it’s pretty smooth, balanced, full coverage.
