The site is in mid-migration now (manual migration of over 7,000 entries, so there's a lot to be done.) The entry stubs are created for older content, but for the most part, the actual content isn't there quite yet. I am working on it. Unfortunately I have no ETA. But feel free to link to any page! All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Kiko Cosmetics’ Pearly Eye Base

This is a base. Not a primer, just a base. Why you’d want a pale base that dries down near-invisible and has a pearly finish, I don’t know…but here it is. I tested this against three primers, because initially I didn’t quite understand that it might not be intended to be a primer. Unsurprisingly, it doesn’t hold onto eyeshadows very well at all. It’s like I was swatching eyeshadows dry on my bare arm. This adds no color at all, it just adds a very faint pearl finish. It removes fairly easily with mild soap and water.
