Meow Cosmetics’ Devious

A softer red, but not pale or pastel. It's opaque, but it can be applied lightly and blended easily. The color payoff is nice! I don't know that I'd use this for a liner, but definitely as a standalone eyeshadow. (I don't know that it could be buffed out enough to work as a blush, even on medium-deep skintones. But maybe…just maybe…) It's a good deeper pink/softer red eye color that doesn't make you look like you just walked out of an 80s video.
