Meow Cosmetics’ ScandalEyes: Meow Scandals collection

Meow has some eyeshadows that it markets as “pearl”, and some that it markets as “sparkle.” These - all of the ScandalEyes shadows - are sparkle-bombs. Use primer and a sealant, or risk sparkly fallout. (A few are less rampantly sparkle-packed, but for the most part…be aware of what you’re getting into.)

The pigmentation on the nine shadows in this sub-collection is fairly good. There are a few shadows in here named for customers, but most of the names keep with the “cat” theme.
