More glitterbombs!! About half of these colors have a very heavy frost finish that - sadly - is fairly quick to flake away. (It also doesn’t apply smoothly, and has the nastiest tendency to clump up.) But there are a few really gorgeous shades in here as well. My favorites are Anne S. Heidi F., and Sayuri.
