All of the entries for the year 2020 were completed before March 2020. Most items were bought in, or before, 2019. And so, despite the pandemic where buying makeup is definitely a lower priority, I'm still publishing these posts.
Notoriously Morbid’s Mr. Library

This purple matte changes depending on how it’s applied. Mixed with water and applied over bare skin, it becomes brighter and a little bit bluer. Applied dry over primer, it stays in the same purple range and doesn’t increase the color intensity, but watch for thinner spots where you may need to pack on a little more product. Once applied, then color blends decently, but - again - when applied dry, it may not blend quite as easily or smoothly.
