Revlon’s Ultra Volume Waterproof Mascara

I am overall underwhelmed with Revlon’s “one mascara fits all” lineup. The formulas clump, they take a long time to cure, there’s a lot of transfer, and even the waterproof versions flake a bit. This mascara is supposed to provide volume. It…sort of does. This is two coats, and it’s fairly even along my lashes, and it does thicken them somewhat. But for a volumizing mascara, I think this misses the mark. My lashes are a bit thicker, but they look about the same thickness as I see with just about any other mascara that I own.
