Sephora’s LashCraft Eyelash Primer

This was not originally on my list of mascara primers to try this year, but when I noticed it, I decided to add it to the mix. The price is close to the other primers I’ve tried, and the Sephora collection has some really good items. (Some definite misses too…but some extremely good quality makeup.)

This is an off-white, but unlike some others (*coughCoverGirlcough*) there’s no unpleasant scent. There’s actually no scent at all. The wand and brush are fairly standard for mascara / lash brushes. I get fairly decent application, though a second layer would have coated better. This gives me some definition, a little bit of length, and even coverage with no clumping. This doesn’t give me a whole lot of help keeping my colored non-waterproof mascaras to stay on longer, which is primarily what I look for in a lash primer. For that reason, I won’t re-buy this primer.

The applicator-wand for Sephora's LashCraft Eyelash Primer. The bristles are shorter close to the wand, and gradually get longer up towards the tip.
