Shiro Cosmetics’ You Want These Lumps

The finish lightens this color quite a bit - mutes? Not quite “washes out”, but definitely “overpowers”. There is some gold shimmer, but it’s fairly scattered. Based just on the swatch, I think that this was the color that they were trying to make when they slipped slightly and created a small batch of “Eat a Traffic Cone Full Of Ice Cream.”
