Sleek Makeup’s Rio Rio i-Divine Palette

Twelve vivid, saturated colors, though there are a few neutral-ish shades in the palette. This is great to punch up other looks, but I didn’t have the easiest time creating a look using only the colors in this palette (well…not one that I was terribly happy with, at any rate.) The color palette is a nod towards Rio at Carnivale.
