TKB Trading’s Blue Steel

Partway between a darkened navy and a blued charcoal. I like using this shade either as a liner or as an outer-crease shade with a cleaner smokey eye. It doesn’t have a blackened base, like some darker colors do - which is why I call it a “cleaner” smoky eye. The blending-out is present, but there isn’t a visible (or even slightly visible) black or charcoal component.
