Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Apathy

The shimmer is on the sparse side, but the particles are just the right size to add highlights without looking overly gritty. Such a shame, then, that the application is so very patchy.

A montage of three images: top left, close-up of the eyeliner tube or pencil barrel; top right, the eyeliner applied over bare skin, to better show the shade and properties; and below, the eyeliner applied on the eyelid at the lash line.

The emerald would be a nice highlight against solid black gel-pencil. It's a green color that's rich enough to look very attractive but not bright enough to look like a refugee from a crafts bin.
