There are faint fuchsia tones in this…that I can't tell if they're in the base color, or somehow the result of the very slight iridescence overlaying the barely-warm purple base color. Either way, it's interesting.

This is definitely an effects-coat. It's sheer, barely tinted, it has a nice enough finish, but…there's no visible color to speak of. It looks cool over deep, dark blues, blacks, greys, browns, or reds. I haven't tried it over golds or oranges. I'd imagine it looks good over deeper...
