Maybelline’s Volum’ Express The Colossal Cat Eyes Waterproof Mascara

This has nice length and definition, and a little volumizing…but it’s a bit wet. It transferred to my upper eyelid, and got on my lid down near my lashes. There’s also a little bit of clumping - including that one big clump toward my inner eye. Other mascaras from Maybelline don’t have this wet of a formula, and provide the benefits that this one does. Once it cures, I get all-day wear with no flaking.
