I fell in love with Milani’s Shadow Eyez pencils at just the right time to snag these colors from Cherry Culture. I’m glad I got the chance! The Royal Purple shade in the regular lineup is nice enough, but I also wanted some deeper and softer purples. I found them in this collection, along with a solid-coverage metallic silver, and a glittery black shade.

As with the other Shadow Eyez pencils, these perform best for me if I put them over a primer of some kind. The points are thick enough that I can't really use them for lining unless I use a liner brush to apply the product, rather than the pencils - but that isn't too much of a barrier, personally. The color stays malleable for a few minutes for cleanup/smudging, and then sets in place for the better part of 12 hours.

• Charming Black — deep black sparkle
• Lovely Frost — metallic silver shimmer
• Midnight Romance — vivid deep purple sparkle
• Plum Amour — metallic medium red-plum shimmer
• Romantic Violet — dusty muted lilac shimmer
• Snowy White — white matte

My favorites out of this collection are Midnight Romance and Charming Black, with Lovely Frost coming in a very close second. Apparently everyone else agrees with me, especially on the Charming Black - because as of August 2014 I can find the other colors available for purchase on Ebay and Amazon, but no Charming Black anywhere to be found.
