NYX Cosmetics’ Slide On Eye Pencil in Pure White

White eye liner. This applies nicer than other white eye pencils, but it still isn’t my favorite. I prefer to use white liquid or felt-tip liners. It does make a nice white waterline pencil, and if you prefer eyeliner pencils, this is one of the better white ones. The formula’s fairly decent.
