Urban Decay’s 24-7 Eye Pencil in Delinquent

It doesn't apply as evenly as I'd like, but it applies much better than many of the UD metallic liners. The definition is good, the color is bolder without being overpowering, and the glitter is thick enough for a good accent, but it isn't an outright glitter bomb.
