This is a darker violet than the “original” Abductee shadow from 2010 - which was a slightly softer violet, a bit smokier. This reminds me of Aromaleigh v1's Drama Violet.

Not quite as dark a navy as some other shadows. Not quite as dark a navy as the vendor photo would suggest, either. But…it's not a midweight blue. (Just expect a deep blue or a lighter navy, rather than something like BE's Marina or BE's Lagoon.)
