Reminds me of Concrete Minerals' Wicked. This color is a bit softer, though, and the blue is more of a subtle suggestion rather than something immediately noticed.

Almost a muted/faded rose-pink, with a scattered shimmer finish. The polish applies well, and the total curing time is good - about 15 minutes per coat, 30 if you apply them heavily.
