A dark grey, slightly cool; the color is brightened a bit by the metallic finish. Most unblended mica can look metallic in many cases; this one comes close to being “metallic” in any lighting, applied with or without some kind of mixing medium or foiling liquid.
Not quite muted, not exactly softened, but…still looks just a tiny bit on the softer side. The web application is much much better than dry application (which is almost typical for most of the EDM shadows that I own.)
Once applied, there's more green visible in this shadow, than blue. The shimmer factor isn't overwhelming, but the texture of the finish is rough enough that if you want to use this as a liner shade you may want to use a sealant. (I'd personally use a less shimmery shade...
